육회, Beef Tartare – or some people may describe it, raw beef.
It may not have the most comfortable aesthetics, however this is one of my most absolute favorite dish in the world.
The natural scent of raw beef is simply wonderful.
Now Korean beef tartare is usually seasoned with some soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Also, it is served with sliced pear or spring onions.
Oh and alcohol. Can’t have this meal without alcohol. Today it was accompanied by 막걸리, Korean Rice Wine.
